McMerry Martini
Treat yourself to a McMerry Martini this Christmas. Full of fig, almond and cherry flavours, it's a corker - and ready in just 5 minutes.
If you don’t have a cocktail shaker use a large glass jar with a screw cap lid and if you don’t have martini glasses try serving in small glasses.Servings: 2
Ingredients
- 80 ml/ 23/4 oz vanilla vodka
- 30 ml/ 1 oz Amaretto liqueur
- 20 ml/ ¾ oz Crème de Figue
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- Maraschino cherries to serve
Instructions
- Pour the first 4 ingredients into a cocktail shaker with a large handful of ice. Shake vigorously for 30 seconds
- Strain into martini glasses and serve garnished with a Maraschino cherry (or two if you're a bit addicted to them, like me)
