- 250 g/ 9 oz Forced rhubarb (fresh, not frozen)
- 30 g/ 1 oz Fresh ginger
- 3 Large oranges
- 3 Large apples (I used Pink Lady)
Chop the rhubarb
Peel & chop the ginger roughly
Peel the orange and remove the pith. Chop in half and remove any obvious seeds
Quarter the apples, removing any stalks as necessary
Juice all ingredients in your juicing machine
Stir briefly and enjoy straight away (see notes)
This juice is intended to be enjoyed fresh and it does not store well - 2 hours in the fridge is the top limit. The flavour does deteriorate if left for too long.
If the juice separates as it settles, just give it a good stir to reblend the various juices.
