Notes

TIPS FOR USING THE COLOURING GEL

If using the purple food colouring take care not to add too much in one go. Once added to the drink, it will be impossible to remove, so it is best to add in small increments until you are happy with the colouring achieved.
The best way to do this is to use a a cocktail pick. Dip the end into the pot of gel colouring around ½ cm deep then wave the pick through the liquid ingredients. Shake hard, check the colour and repeat as necessary (don't forget to wipe the pick clean before re-inserting back into the colouring).
Keep shaking the drink (for at least 30 seconds) until the colour is evenly dispersed
