Expert Tips
Add lemonade at the point of serving: Although you can mix the other liquids for this mango punch together in advance, it is best to add the lemonade at the point of serving to avoid it going flat.
Add ice at the point of serving: If the punch is made in advance the ice will fully melt and dilute the drink.
Make in advance: Mix the lime, vidka, liqueur and pineapple juice together and store in the fridge for up to 48 hours. Add lemonade and ice when ready to serve.
Do not add chilli wedges to the punch bowl/ jug: The chilli would infuse in the liquid as it waits to be served, affecting the spice level and, depending on the strength of the chilli, it may make the mango vodka cocktail too spicy to be enjoyable.
