Notes
Ensure that your equipment and glassware are extremely clean. If anything acidic, such as citrus juice, comes into contact with the ingredients the drink will split - even just a trace of something acidic can ruin this creamy cocktail.
Measure the ingredients properly. This cocktail is the perfect blend of the listed ingredients. Incorrect measures will upset this balance.
Chill your serving glass for 15 minutes prior to making this recipe to ensure your strawberry liqueur cocktail is served deliciously cold.
You can make this Tequila Rose drink in advance. Simply multiply the ingredients by however many servings you would like to make, mix them in a jug and store it all in a bottle in the fridge. When ready to serve a measure just shake it with the ice, pour, garnish and serve your libation.
