Daffodil season, as I like to think of it, starts in March and it is my excuse to roll out lots of Fresh & Delicious Spring Recipes!
I practically fawn over my lemon rolls (I'm very proud of them). They do elicit moans, sighs and sticky fingers. Turning to savoury food, my cheesy green vegetable pies are very welcome now. Tropical fruits are at their best so make some passionfruit curd followed by passion fruit cake. Oh and don't miss my spring G&T!
