Buttercream Recipes

Literally the icing on the cake, buttercream has so many guises that it's easy to get bewildered by the options.

I have recipes for a few classics including Swiss Meringue Buttercream, Italian Meringue Buttercream and French Buttercream. These are all sophisticated buttercream recipes that require ample time and patience to make.

If you are in need of something simpler, try my Salted Honey Buttercream. It will most likely blow your mind. Another family favourite is my Vanilla Marshmallow Buttercream - it goes particularly well with chocolate cake.
