18 Chai Spice recipes to kick start your autumn. Whether it’s a drink you are craving, a quick nibble, a tasty bake or a spice-laden breakfast, dip in and enjoy your chai spice fix.
Although it’s sad to say goodbye to summer, I have a particular weakness for autumnal food, so the silver lining for me is the new set of recipes that I feel entitled to make once the weather cools. I’m talking about hearty stews and soups, comforting pies, drinks so warm and cosy they can combat the chillier air temperature, plenty of home-baked treats and of course, spice. In particular: Chai Spice. It is my favourite spice mix and one I can find endless uses for. I’ve been dreaming up a few new ideas that I’ll be sharing with you over the coming months, but until then, here are a handful of Chai Spice recipes to keep you going.
