Condiment Recipes
Condiments are defined as things that are added to food to give it more flavour. Salt & pepper certainly class as condiments, as do sauces, dips, or spreads.
What exactly constitutes a condiment and what does not is open to debate. Jam is usually considered as a condiment but peanut butter is not.
The good news is that in the collection of condiment recipes, if it can be added to food, it is listed in this section. I've got jams, curds, sauces, syrups and spreads to pick from.
Not sure where to start? Go straight to condiment heaven by trying out my small batch Cherry & Amaretto Jam or Cinnamon Apple Spread. Swoon.
