Christmas Baking
Baking for Christmas is usually fun. It begins around November with the making of the Christmas Cake and Christmas Pudding, then just carries on right through December as I start loading up my freezer with traditional treats.
My family always like variety, so I've been gathering quite a selection of Christmassy bakes over the years. Browse the collection to plan your Christmas treats.
Amongst my many favourites are the classic Yule Log, Rudolph Rice Krispie Treats and gluten-free Mince Pies. These babies are so good and you would never guess they are gluten-free.
