My all-time favourite is salted honey ice cream. I also made a salted honey dark chocolate ice cream as the original is so popular. I've also very proud of my Baileys espresso martini ice cream and for pure originality my Stroopwafel ice cream. It would be rude to overlook refreshing blackcurrant sorbet or my boozy limoncello sorbet though.
