CARAMEL
I wholeheartedly adore caramel.
It's not so long ago that I used to avoid making caramel, because I thought it would be tricky to do. But let me tell you, once I'd made that first batch of homemade sauce, I was hooked. Is there an art to it? Maybe, but like most things, with a little patience, this is a skill that can be quickly mastered.
